TherapyBro is a digital mobile application. We do not sell or ship any physical goods, and no courier, postal, or warehouse fulfillment applies to anything we offer. This policy is published for completeness and clarity, even though it describes an absence of physical shipping rather than a shipping process.
How you receive our services
- App access: download from the Google Play Store (or Apple App Store, when available). Account activation is immediate after sign-up.
- AI companion chat: available instantly in-app upon account creation, subject to the free-tier daily message limit or per-message pricing described in our Terms of Service.
- Listener Bro sessions: matched and delivered in-app in real time once a Listener Bro accepts your request.
- Wallet top-ups: your wallet balance updates within minutes of a successful payment via our payment processor (Razorpay).
If a payment is deducted but your wallet balance doesn't update: this is usually a temporary delay in payment confirmation, not a failed payment. If your balance hasn't updated within 30 minutes of a successful payment, email support@therapy-bro.com with your transaction details. We investigate and resolve these within 5–7 business days, consistent with our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Service availability
Delivery of our digital services depends on app and platform uptime. See our Terms of Service (Force Majeure) for how we handle outages beyond our control.
Delivery location
All services are delivered electronically to your registered device within India. No physical delivery, courier, or postal fulfillment applies to any TherapyBro service.
