How you receive our services
- App access: Download from Google Play Store or Apple App Store (when available). Account activation is immediate after signup.
- AI chat: Available instantly in-app upon account creation (subject to free-tier or paid plan limits).
- Listener sessions: Matched and delivered in-app in real time when a listener accepts your request.
- Wallet & subscriptions: Credits and plan activation reflect in-app within minutes of successful payment via Razorpay/Cashfree.
Service availability
Delivery of digital services depends on app and platform uptime. See our Terms of Service (Force Majeure) for outage handling.
Delivery location
Services are delivered electronically to your registered device within India. No courier, postal, or warehouse fulfillment applies.
