This policy explains refunds, cancellations, and wallet withdrawals for Therapy Bro services. For full terms, see our Terms of Service.
Listener sessions
No refunds for sessions already completed. If dissatisfied, submit a session rating and optional feedback. Contact support@therapy-bro.com — disputes are reviewed within 5–7 business days.
Wallet balance
Withdraw anytime to your registered bank account. Processing: 1–2 business days. Minimum withdrawal: ₹100.
Subscriptions & daily plans
Cancel anytime via Settings → Manage Subscription → Cancel. No refund for the current billing period. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period; you retain access until then.
Cancellation process
One-tap cancellation in the app. Confirmation sent via email. No cancellation fee.
Payment disputes
Email support@therapy-bro.com with transaction details. We respond within 5–7 business days. Refunds, if approved, are credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days per payment provider timelines.
